Description
Our flaked spirulina is a source of protein, vitamins, trace elements, minerals, and antioxidants, qualifying it as a 100% natural superfood, 100% grown in Switzerland.

How to consume
Recommended dose: 3 to 5g/day (approx. 1 to 2 teaspoons), ideally in the morning.
Recipe ideas:
- Green smoothie: banana, spinach, plant-based milk + 1 tsp. Spirulina
- Orange or apple juice + 1 tsp. Spirulina
- Plain yogurt + honey + 1 tsp. Spirulina
Tip: start with 1g/day for the first week to accustom your body, then gradually increase to 3-5g.

Contraindications
Spirulina consumption is not recommended for people suffering from phenylketonuria, those with excess uric acid, and those with a history of allergies. People with elevated ferritin levels should also avoid taking spirulina.
